Daizy Taylor is currently a sophomore at Warhill High School and will graduate in 2026. This is her first year writing for the Warhill Times. She was interested in journalism because she wanted to improve her writing skills. Overall, journalism is something she enjoys now.  

Some random interesting facts about her: She is a Capricorn; She was born in Norfolk; She is currently sixteen; She loves cloudy or rainy weather; She would like to be a historian in the future; and she enjoys reading. In fact, one of her hobbies includes reading books. Another hobby she has aside from reading books is listening to music or coloring. Her favorite genre of books is realistic fiction or historical fiction. She loves those “mature” coloring books, stating, “They are fun to do.” Her favorite genres of music are Rap, alternative or regular R&B, and K-pop.
